As the President, CEO, and Founder of Scott Construction Consulting Services, LLC. I have been leading both commercial, industrial, and residential Construction Sectors for over 30 years. My goal, mission, and objective is to build and cement long-term relationships with my Clients, Customers, Developers, and Investors, to fully support their ongoing Construction requirements and specifications over the entire life cycle of their current and future projects. I oversee and manage Capital Programs and Projects for Private and Public Sector Clients in various cities and markets across the nation. I drive my company's focus and vision leveraging delivery with my Business Leadership skills and expertise to control, monitor, and manage extensive major Capital Programs and Projects in my long standing Construction career. In my role I am responsible for Profit and Loss, Risk Management, Development and Growth, Business Operations, Client Delivery with clear and precise excellence exceeding the Client Expectations while cultivating Team Culture.
With an array of background in Construction Management, Construction Operations, and Construction Executive Leadership. I execute and lead Strategic Planning, Client Development, Business Development, and Acquisitions and Company Mergers for all of my Clients. I have built and developed a strong expertise in General Construction, Mechanical Construction, Electrical Construction, Plumbing Construction, and Infrastructure Low Voltage Cabling Construction as well.
I have over three decades of commercial construction experience, which includes projects such as Gaming, Healthcare Facilities, Hospitals, Hospitality, High Rise Towers, Hotels, Industrial, Mixed Use, Municipal, Office Buildings, Restaurants, Retail, and Schools. I also developed Front End Documents, Bid Documents, Solicitation of Bidders, Design Phase Coordination, Contract Document Review, Constructability Review, Monitoring for Contract Compliance, Change Order Review and Evaluation, Progress Status Reports, Process and Review of all Payment Applications, and interface with Clients, Owners, Architects, Engineers, Consultants, and all Contractors.
